Comfort Hotel - Niagara Falls

The marvellous location for the price, short walk to the Niagara falls, the restaurant and the attractions. Units with queen bed.

Hotel was well-kept. Newly remodelled & a decent size rooms with jacuzzi tubs as well as 2 queen beds. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location to the Fallsview casino with private parking if needed. Also - next to the Horseshoe Falls and both casinos and all the attractions. Irish bar in the venue.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the early check-in. However, the noise from the hallways made it difficult to sleep at times.

Stayed at a pet-friendly and perfectly clean room with the bathtub, queen bed and another six kids. The stuff where very friendly and took care of us. Its location was good and perfect, close to downtown.

Their staff were very rude.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, The location was good being within 10 minutes of Niagara Fall and definately on the right side of the border.

Dirty pool, small room, broken elevator, parties all night,

we got 2 nights in this well-kept hotel, appreciated it. they gave us a newly renovated room with a jacuzzi, the ac and 2 queen beds.

The room we stayed in was bright and clean. It also looked just like the pictures I had found online. The room its self was great.

The pool was pretty scary. For this being a new hotel I was surprised at the poor care put into the pool. For staying at the end of april the pool was also very cold. I was so excited to swim however asfter one minute pool experience we left as it was not enjoyable. Secondly, we were given two pillows which for two people was not really enough. After requeting more from the front desk we were told there was no more this also was dissapointing.

Our stay was good, everything was nice and clean. The room was very roomy and no complaints at all.

Staff was nice and hotel was somewhat central.

We loved the free breakfast and friendly staff. Exploring the area was easy. We enjoyed the iconic Niagara City Cruises and a ride on the SkyWheel for fine views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus terminal. We had early check-in and even left our car after checkout to visit more attractions. A great stay!

Our room had some issues. The keys didn't work a couple of times, frustrating. One of the toilets leaked, and some lights didn't work in another room. But we made the best of it.

The hotel and room were clean, staff was helpful. 15 minutes walk from the falls. Rate is OK compared to other hotels in the area.

Room was quite small, the hotel is a bit noisy, and the parking lot was full so we couldn't park our car in first place.

The stay was decent overall, with the breakfast being a standout feature. It was well-stocked, and the kitchen staff were attentive and friendly. There were some cleanliness issues, with hair found in the bed and other areas needing attention. It's a suitable choice for budget travelers looking for a comfortable place just minutes away from attractions like the Falls.

Room was very cozy. Mattress was very comfortable.
